As part of the building inspection process, Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) is the only way to guarantee HVAC systems are performing as they were designed. Building Owners and Mechanical Contractors should have a test and balance performed on all heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment before applying for a Certificate of Occupancy.
